'The Hague knows my position,' says Israeli minister on nuking Gaza

Israeli "Heritage" Minister Amichai Eliyahu told participators in a tour of the occupied West Bank that his stance on Gaza is known to everyone, including The Hague, referring to his previous remarks about nuking Gaza.

"[They] know my position, even in the Hague they know my position.”

It is worth noting that Eliyahu is not part of the Israeli war cabinet or general security cabinet.

In November, the far-right minister admitted on the Israeli broadcast Radio Kol Berama that dropping nuclear bombs on Gaza should be an option, rationalizing his declaration of genocide with "there is no such thing as uninvolved civilians in Gaza."

Eliyahu has been consistent and transparent about his thirst for genocide. His most recent remarks warned that a captive deal to release Israeli captives in exchange for a ceasefire in Gaza would not only ruin the Israeli government but obliterate the entire Israeli regime.

Eliyahu expressed in an interview for Radio103 that if the war on Gaza were to end, the threat against "Israel" would not only be from Gaza or the north [Hezbollah] but from "everywhere", and it would result in the complete decimation of the occupation, adding that a ceasefire is not to be expected before "Israel" achieves its military goals.

Benjamin Netanyahu and Security Minister Yoav Gallant rejected Amichai's pitch and claimed that they were conducting military operations within the guide of international law to avoid harming civilians, although their strategy consisted of bombing hospitals and executing detained civilians, killing over 10,000 children in the 25,700 total death toll

A sea of war crime evidence

"Israel" dismissed South Africa's launch of a genocide case against it at the International Court of Justice. Despite the sea of war crime evidence, the regime labeled the case as a "groundless blood libel lacking legal merit" and dared to assert that its army was adhering to international humanitarian law.

"South Africa is collaborating with a terrorist group that calls for Israel's destruction," a statement from the Foreign Ministry said. "The people of Gaza are not an enemy of Israel, who is making efforts to limit harm to non-combatants."

This came as South Africa submitted a motion to the International Court of Justice which accuses Israeli forces of violating the UN's Genocide Convention.

Moreover, just a few days ago, Indonesia took legal action against "Israel", filing a lawsuit at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) over the Israeli entity's violations of international law in the occupied Palestinian territories.

According to reports from the Israeli newspaper Maariv, Jakarta submitted the case to the ICJ in The Hague amid the ongoing brutal bombardment of the besieged enclave by the Israeli entity.

Earlier reports indicated that Indonesia had sought the assistance of a team of experts to draft a case at the ICJ, aiming to hold "Israel" accountable for its "policies and practices" in the occupied Palestinian territories.
